Definitions
Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms "Adda", "Site", "The Company", "We", and "Us" shall refer to " Rechargeadda.com", the terms "Client", "User", "Customer" ,"You", and "Yours" shall refer to the person or the persons accessing this website and accepting terms and conditions of the Company. The term "Services" shall refer to the recharge services of various telecom operators and any other features, contents or applications provides by the “Site”. The terms "Party "and “Parties” shall refer to both the Client and the Company. Use of these terminologies in Plural shall have the same meaning as of Singular and the words in capital and use of these terminologies using She/he/They shall be taken as interchangeable and refer to same terminology as the meaning and context requires.
About the 'Site' and the 'Services'
Rechargeadda.com is a multi operator web based instant prepaid recharge station and is committed to deliver high quality and reliable next generation online prepaid recharge services which can be operated from ANYWHERE, ANYTIME from your desktop.
Recharge services from this site are provided at an nominal amount of Rs 0.99 (99 Paisa) only towards processing and internet charges per transaction.
Postpaid billing services from this site can be availed at a nominal amount of Rs 10 for bills upto Rs 400 and for bills beyond Rs 400, at a nominal amount equivalent to 2.5% of the transaction value towards processing and internet charges per transaction.
Registration and Eligibility
The user is required to register for availing the services at the site by filling few details like name, e-mail address, mobile number, contact address etc. The user shall provide true, accurate, complete and updated information. The user shall be of atleast 18 years of age or if the user is under 18 years of age, he will use the site only with the involvement of the parent or the guardian. The user shall be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of his/her password. In case it comes to the notice of Rechargeadda.com that the user has provided incorrect information or has used the site under a false entity or has impersonated any person or entity, the ‘Site’, without prejudice to other rights under the law, reserves its rights to terminate the registration at any point of time with or without notice at its discretion.
Payments
- • Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
- • exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank/s", or
- • any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
- • decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
Rules of Conduct on Site
- (i) The 'User' shall not post, distribute, share or reproduce any material which in any way;
- • violates or infringes upon the rights of any third party including copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy;
- • might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of another person or which is misleading;
- • which involves transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming"; promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous or if it promotes paedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual or refers to any website or URL that violates Terms of Use;
- • contains restricted, or hidden pages or images or use the site in any unlawful manner or in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, impair or disrupt the service, the server, system, site or network connected to the service;
- • Contains instructions or advice or seeks advice in connection with any illegal activity such as making or buying illegal weapons, gambling, providing or creating computer viruses, time bombs, trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or other harmful or deleterious components or devices;
- • violates the rights of any party with respect to religious sentiments, communal harmony, peace or integrity of the nation or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or any other law as may be applicable or shall post, transmit or share any material that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offence;
- • amounts to or might be commercial in nature such as any material posted for promoting business, advertising, contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes or use the site for promoting his/her commercial activities, except with the prior written approval of Rechargeadda.com.
- (ii) The 'User' shall not try to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access to the Sites or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend request, or other areas of the Sites or solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.
- (iii) The 'User' shall not use the Site in a manner which violates any applicable law and regulations. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including without limitation, collecting usernames and/or email addresses of registered members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Sites, the unauthorized interception of the data stream coming from or going into the Sites, as well as attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or exceeding authorized access.
Not with standing the above instructions and without prejudice to other rights under the law for violation of Rules of Conduct and Terms and Conditions for use of the site, Rechargeadda.com reserves its rights to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the Site and/or remove or edit any Content that in its sole discretion violates, or is alleged to violate, any applicable law or either the spirit or letter of these Terms of Use. Notwithstanding this right of Rechargeadda.com, the ‘User’ shall remain solely responsible for the content of the materials posted by him in the public areas of the site.
FURTHER, such content posted on the ‘Site’ will become the property of Rechargeadda.com. Subject to its Privacy Policy, Rechargeadda.com shall be entitled to use the Content or any of its elements for any type of use forever, including but not limited to promotional and advertising purposes and in any media whether now known or hereafter devised, including the creation of derivative works that may include Content provided/posted at the ‘Site’ without any compensation to the person or the user who posted the material on the ‘Site’.

FURTHER, Rechargeadda.com shall not be responsible for any offensive or obscene material that might have been posted or transmitted by unauthorized users including 'hackers' which Users might be exposed involuntarily. Rechargeadda.com shall also not be responsible if unauthorized users/hackers obtain personal information about its registered users and use such information to harass or injure the ‘registered users’. ‘Registered Users’ of the site are requested to carefully select their user’s passwords and not to disclose to anyone.
Rechargeadda.com tries to be as accurate as possible. However, Rechargeadda.com does not warrant that the description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
Rechargeadda.com is only a Reseller of prepaid mobile recharge services and DTH recharge services by telecom service providers or their distributors and therefore, is not responsible for any delay, pricing or cancellation of recharge from mobile operators, its distributors and facilitators.Though, best efforts shall be made to keep the service at acceptable levels but in case of grievance regarding the quality, talk time provided, cost, expiration, or other terms of the Recharge purchased must be handled directly between the client and the and the Telecom Service Provider.
All transactions whether monetary and otherwise, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-reversible, save and except in the event of failure to grant recharge equivalent to the amount actually received by Rechargeadda.com due to some technical error or gross negligence on the part of Rechargeadda.com in which event, the user shall only be entitled to a recharge or a refund equivalent to the amount paid by the ‘User’ and actually received by Rechargeadda.com. Please note that Rechargeadda.com shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of a failed recharge on our system.

Use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be located at http://www.rechargeadda.com/privacypolicy
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
Services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site are provided by Rechargeadda.com "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. Without prejudice to the forgoing paragraph, Rechargeadda.com does not warrant that:

Applicable Law and jurisdiction

All the terms and conditions between ‘User’ and Rechargeadda.com shall be governed by the law of India. Any dispute of any sort that might arise between ‘User’ and Rechargeadda.com or its affiliates is subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only.
